Shampoo
The foundation of the protocol. Removes sweat, oil, environmental pollutants, and mineral deposits from hard water — without stripping the scalp's essential moisture barrier. Most shampoos either under-cleanse or over-strip. Neither is acceptable as a clinical starting point.

Conditioner
