Standard delivery across India is 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for metro cities — Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Surat.
Standard shipping is complimentary on all Humidity Defence Kit orders. Express delivery is available at an additional charge specified at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Opened products are non-returnable unless clinically assessed to be unsuitable — in which case, please contact us to initiate a clinical review.
The Humidity Defence Kit is sold and exchanged as a complete system. Individual product exchanges are not available, as the clinical protocol requires all three formulations to function as designed.
